Q: Is BAM a selective organization?
A: Yes, however our acceptance rate for the 2016 year was 95%
Q: Is BAM a religious (Christian organization?)
A: No, we have members from a variety of faiths.
Q: Can I be in BAM and another men's organization?
A: Absolutely, if you think you can pull it off, go for it! No special treatment will be given, so you're still expected to meet the member requirements.
Q: Can I join BAM in the spring?
A: We currently do not offer a spring application, all of our members receive crucial training during the fall and don't want anyone to feel behind.
Q: What happens if I cannot pay my dues?
A: Dues are an integral part of our organization and help fund all the things we do. If you have concerns about dues, get in touch with our IVP (internal vice president) or Treasurer and they will help work out the best option!
Q: I've heard that rush or pledgeship can be hard and take a toll on my grade, what does this process look like in BAM?
A: We are different than most organizations, we do not have a stressful process in which you must spend 40 days in the desert or rescue a princess from a tower. Rather, in the first semester, many of our members find themselves thriving in academics and other aspects of life. We take time to invest in you, build you up so that you can best take care of yourself, and guide others.
Q: I have a question but it isn't answered on here, how do I get in touch?
A: There's loads of ways to get in touch, and we'd love to hear from you! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.
